The new boss is young & is English again as well like their ex-boss Simon Clark as Woodlands Wellington confirmed the appointment of 29-year-old Matt Brown as head coach so one cannot understand the reasoning behind appointing him.

After all Brown is stepping into the shoes of former Rams coach Simon Clark, who left the club under a cloud of dressing room unrest & fallouts with senior management last month & it should have taught the Rams to appoint a more experienced coach.

Furthermore the Rams post will be Brown first senior coaching appointment.

The Former Brentford defender Brown, who possesses an UEFA 'A' coaching license, was previously a tactics and video analyst at Liverpool & at the start of the year, he was coach of the Rams' Centre of Excellence U-18 team for a brief period before leaving after disagreeing with Clark over team affairs.
