Singapore U-17 warmed up for the Lion City Cup final on Sunday with a 1-0 win over Perth.

Having already qualified for the Lions City Cup final after the Singapore U17 defeated the Singapore U16 in the last match, coach V Sundramoorthy gave most of his squad players a run out.

It was right winger G Kumaresan, showing shades of Sundram’s dazzling skills all night long, who was the matchwinner with a firm shot planted past Perth keeper Luke Hudston.

With that Singapore U17 enter the Final with a perfect record of 4 wins from 4 matches

Hong Kong, who finished on equal points with Malaysia but has a superior goal difference will faced off against Singapore U17 in the final on Sunday
