Young Lions Nigerian midfielder Kazeem Babatunde contract will not be renewed when it runs out next month.
The 19-year-old midfielder arrived at Jalan Besar with an impressive credentials of having turned out for Nigeria in the 1999 U-17 World Cup but he has failed to dislodge Singapore internationals Shahril Ishak & Syed Fadhil from their midfield spots this season.
Young Lions team administrator Eugene Loo say the coaches felt Kazeem was not right for the team but he has shown a good attitude & they wish him the best of luck with his next team.
Sinchi midfielder Shi Jiayi will replaced him as the third foreigners in the Young Lions squad.
Meanwhile former Stags & last season Young Lions keeper Toh Guo'An is also expected to join the Young Lions during the transfer window
He was not signed at the start of this year as he was still recovering from a back injury.
Toh will replace third choice custodian Alex Chia, who will be going into National Service this month.
