Sutee Suksomkit has packed his luggage with the air ticket booked as well & the visa forms filled but that is now a problem as he has nowhere to go.

The Thai international midfielder was on the verge of completing a move to K-League side Busan Icons just a week ago with him supposed to report to the Korean club for a medical but Busan have suddenly stalled on the deal.

All transfers have been put on hold by Busan as the club are negotiating a new contract with head coach Ian Porterfield, whose contract expires at the end of this year. Any transfers will only take place after both parties come to an agreement on a contract extension, which may happen only next month.

For S-league Double Champion Home United, the situation is less than ideal & they have decided to give the Korean club until the end of this week to come back with a concrete answer.

Coach Steve Darby felt that with transfer window opening next Monday, they have to make a quick decision on whether to bring in replacement for Sutee.

They want to avoid being caught in a situation where they lose Sutee, yet is unable to bring in a replacement for the S-league & AFC Cup campaign.

Sutee is obviously disappointed that the deal may not go through, but the jovial Thai is looking on the bright side.

He knows he is still young & if he continue to play well for club & country, he will get another chance next time. Therefore staying at Home United is a good thing as well for him as the S-league Double Champion is a great club with him enjoying his football there. He will not suffer any major loss.
