Young Lions keeper Lionel Lewis is free to play against Home United after the Police Sports Association overturned their previous objection to his turning out against the Protectors.

The Police Sports Association had earlier invoked a rule preventing Lionel, a police regular, from playing against Home United.

Young Lions is delighted as the change of heart by the Police Sports Association after writing an appeal to it.

The 21-year-old international is now poised to start against the Protectors, with fellow Young Lions keeper Hassan Sunny unlikely to be able to secure a release from his National Service duties.
