Young Lions keeper Lionel Liews could find himself force to miss the match against Home United as the 21-year-old is now a national serviceman with the Police force & has signed on as a regular police officer.

The Police Sports Association have invoked a rule preventing police regulars from playing against Home United.

Home United coach Steve Darby has no objection to Lionel Liews playing against the Protectors but he cannot do anything about the matter as it involved the police force rules & nothing to do with the club.

The Young Lions have written to the Police Sports Association to waiver the rule & unless the Police Sports Association agreed to it the Young Lions will be without their top choice keepers as Hassan Sunny is currently serving his BMT with Army & is not available.
