What differences a year make as the Eagles fortunate to be spared injuries & suspensions last season are plagued with them this season with players spending more time on the treatment than on the pitch.

With that the Eagles coach Scott O'Donell has struggled to put together a team let alone field the same starting team twice in a row.

Therefore it is not surprising his team has not found consistency.

Eagles coach Scott acknowledged this is 1 of the problem that is preventing his team from playing well as they have been unable to settle down with key players keep getting injuries.

Despite that he is unwilling to use that as an excuse to explain his team poor form as he indicate all team go through such phrases & it is how they deal with it that determined their mental strength.

He felt his team can look no further than Noor Ali to prove that as the winger has banged in 6 goals & is the club top goal scorer. He has been in great form since his comeback from his ban for gambling & is proving himself stronger with each passing game.

Hs team must follow the lead Noor Ali is showing & get themselves out of the slump.

Now with the season entering the second round, he is looking for his team to improve on all areas as anymore slipup will make it hard for them to achieve a top 3 finish.

For him it is now or never for the Eagles to save their season.
