Rams coach Simon Clark has revealed the secret to the Rams title charge this season as he credits the management expertise of main sponsor SembCorp Power & Gas.

Since becoming the main sponsor in 2002, SembCorp Power & Gas has helped to inject more professionalism into the club & he is grateful for that. The result is that the club has made huge strides with professionalism flowing through on & off the field

He acknowledged the players feel the backing of the management & are inspired to work towards that collective aim of becoming a successful club. He believed that is what makes the difference between the previous Rams management & team from the current Rams management & team.

When asked if he felt any bitter as people never expected the Rams to do well as they view him as an inexperienced, brash & controversial choice for the Rams.

Simon Clark felt there was no need for that & instead he must thanks those critics as it worked in a great way for him & the coaching staff at the club. The unfair criticism had annoyed him making him more focused in proving them wrong.

Still he believed neither he nor his team has proved anybody wrong at the moment, as they have not won anything yet. He say that is no awards for being top of the league in April & the only thing that will matter is where they will finished in the league table when the S-League ends in September.
