Eagles coach Scot O'Donell was over the moon as the Eagles snatched an impressive away victory against Malaysian opponent Negri Sembilan with a Aleksandar Duric goal in the 1st half.
He was delighted with his team performance, as the Eagles had faced many problems before the match & during the match
The Eagles were without 3 key regulars as midfielder Milan Blagojevic (hamstring), Hasrin Jailani (Suspended)& defender Daniel Hill (calf) were all out of the important AFC Cup match against Negri Sembilan. During the match, the Eagles had went down to 10 men when defender Razaleigh Khalik was dismissed but the Eagles still managed to hold out for a victory
Now all the Eagles have to do is to make sure they do not lose sight of their goal which is to be in the quarter-final & finished off the Malaysia FA Cup winner when they come to Bedok in a fortnight time.
