Lions coach Raddy Avramovic was delighted with the team performance even if he was not with the final result.

He felt it was a great match for the Lions & his men play well to his instructions.

Singapore had try hard to restrict Japan & nearly succeed as up to the 82 minutes of the match Singapore was on level term with Japan as Indra Sahdan cancelled out Naohiro Takahara opener.

However Raddy Avramovic know the Japanese team is a world class team & during the match had showed their class but he believed Singapore had matched them in spirit & effort.

With this performance, he hoped more Singaporeans will come out to support the National team as he know Singapore will be a much better team in future with their support.
