  1. Our stallion service contract must be completed and returned with "this" transported semen contract including stud fee and shipping fee at least ten days before the first shipment of semen is ordered.  Each shipment of semen will cost $225.00 ($250.00 for Canada) and will be shipped through Fed Ex. Equine Express II shipping containers will be used and need to be returned within ten days or an additional $50.00 fee will be charged (regular mail is acceptable). The semen must be used for the designated mare only, or an approved substitute.
  2. Semen must be requested by 3:00 p.m. (PST) on the day prior to being shipped. Confirmation or cancellation must be made no later then 10:00a.m. (PST) the next morning. Normal collection days will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Skyview Ranch only assumes responsibility to ship semen in viable condition to the designated location and shall not be held responsible for contamination of semen during or after shipment, loss of viability, or costs arising from shipments that are delayed, damage, or lost in transit.
  3. A knowledgeable trained equine technician must do the preparation and insemination of your mare, ideally within 24 hours of collection. If there is insufficient semen to fill all orders on a given day. Mares on premises will be given priority and the rest of the orders will be filled in the order they are received.
  4. The laws of the State of Oregon will govern any dispute related to this contract and venue of any dispute arising from this contract shall be in the Deschutes County, Oregon. Mare owner’s signature on this contract that he/she has read and fully understands all of the terms and conditions outlined herein, and accepts this contract as a legal and binding instrument on behalf of the owner, owner’s heirs, successors and assigns. This agreement, along with the accompanying stallion service contract, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No other agreements, whether verbal or implied, are included. This contract may not be transferred or reassigned.
