Prince Lotor
Prince of Planet Doom. Motivated by his infatuation of Princess Allura and his greed to rule Arus and Doom.

Queen Merla
The telepath. She wants it all and will do whatever it takes to get it. She is not above using mind control, brutal force, backstabbing, politics, even marriage.

King Zarkon
Basically wants to rule the Galaxies. Not always happy with his son's bumbling efforts to conquer Arus.

Witch Haggar
King Zarkon's right arm man, er woman, er witch.

Support Characters...

Yurak
Former commander of Zarkon’s armies. Now deceased. Died when he was turned into Robeast by Haggar and Voltron defeated him.

Cosack
Or "Horn Head" as Haggar calls him. He is the current Commander of Zarkon’s armies, at least when Lotor is not around.

Coba, Haggar's Blue cat. He is Haggar's eyes and ears.
