The standard holding cell for the Dungeon Complex is shown above. The top entrance is 4 foot square and the bottom floor is 8 foot square. The distance from the top to the bottom is 20 feet. A small toilet with privacy curtain and shield is at the far end of the cell. Both wrist and neck are manacled and the chain connecting them leads to a hook near the opening. Name tags for the neck ring are available in many different styles and colors for an extra charge. Any pull on the rope from bellow will lead to a neural shock being administered. Neural shocks can also be used to subdue the prisoner, question them while keeping them in the cell, or just to relieve the boredom of a long day. To gain access to the prisoner the leash line must be taken from the hook and pulled up. A line from the ceiling can be used for heavier prisoners. To do this the wrist chains must be in the "locked" configuration. In this configuration the chains become solid and hold the wrist away from the body.
Note. Please use caution when hauling prisoners out of cell for torment. Make sure the the wrist chains are locked into position to take the weight and the victim is not strangled. The management will not be responsible for carelessly murdered victims. Also note that any dead prisoner left in the cell will not be removed and an extra charge will be accessed for each hour the prisoner remains in the cell. It is also advised that the prisoners ankles be secured.
Each cell is stocked with straw and rats and rat size tunnels in the floor and on the walls ensure that rats can move freely from one cell to the next. The tunnels do not extend to the cells that are for holding wizards, witches, vampires or any other supernatural prisoners. Spiders are also not allowed near those cells. The rats are specially bred to be mind control resistant an will attack on command. Spiders are also standard in the cells and are also mind control resistant.
For cleaning and/or torment the cells can be flooded with hot/cold water or other substances of a liquid or paste-like consistency. This requires closing off the rat tunnels and removing the spiders. A charge will be made for any substance used besides water. The substance bubbles up through holes in the floor of the cell.
Note from the management:
Please remember that though one way to break down a prisoner is to use starvation, rats and spiders are expensive. Any rat or spider eaten by a starving prisoner will be added to the villains bill. It is advised that if hunger is to be used as a means of torment that the rats not be allowed access to that cell and the spiders be removed.
