This is the best i could come up with after many hours of trial and error and different code types.It's not perfect but should help.
With this i recorded a high speed run of 640.39.
This may change your first car in garage to (no name)not sure if this happened when i was playing around with code,but just in case thought i should warn you.By trying ie.keeping car floored all the time,you can still go into reverse.So drive smart. ;-)
NOTE: Turn codes off to load & save game.Also only tested on version 1.1 sim disc.
This is set up for a 7 speed tranny.You can change this by changing the 0107 values to 0106 if 6 speed etc.
