this will turn the speed of the game past reasonable limits for some reason it screws up your paint..wait until after it says go to activate. You'll lose control of your car but it wont go any where if your tach starts climbin your on your way..wait about 50 seconds providing you dont see your car change...then press L2 reset the game speed.. keep doing this till you see the paint change....you can save this to your car and if you dont like it take it to the car wash
....if you're having troubles try it on the arcade disc i've done it on there and it seems to change almost instantly...but never tried to save.
