This one was pretty easy.(for once)
I coded it for cicle button=joker.
If your stopped or rollin',press and hold "O" on controller and you can rev freely. Release button and launch.I just tested and it works fine.If your rolling when you release you drop back into whatever gear you were in."pop the clutch".
