Rob Rodney - Design Staff
Equipment Design and Staging
Experience:Rob  performed  with Royal Columbians Div III Drum Corps  in 96 and 97, East Coast Jazz  Div II Drum Corps in 98 (Gold) and 99 (Bronze) and  Crossmen  Drum Corps in 2000.  Rob also  performed  with Revelation Winter Guard in 2000  (IA Finalist) and Nolan  World  Winter Guard in 2001 and 2002.  Rob is currently  a member of The Study IO WG.
Rob has  taught  for Mid-Atlantic Bands  Camps  for the past two years,  this past summer  as  the winterguard instructor and  has  help  design for several  HS's  throughout southern VA and NC.

Adam Dalton - Design Staff
Equipment  Design and Staging
Experience: Adam  performed with The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps (Gold)   2002  and The Study Winter Guard (IA Finalist) 2002.  Adam  is currently  a member of The Study IO WG.

Jo Twiford - Movement
Movement Design and Technique
Experience:  Jo performed with Nottoway High School Winterguard ( AIA Gold and Bronze) and Colorguard for four years and was  captain for three.  She has been dancing for ten years.   Jo is also a member of The Study IO WG.

Jim Elliott -  Technique
Flag and Weapon Technique:
Experience:  Jim performed with the Nottoway High School Winterguard for two years.  He also marched Insignia Winterguard in 2001 (AIA IA Champions) The Study in 2002 and most recently with The Crossmen Drum and Bugle in the summer of 2002.  Jim is currently a member of The Study IO WG.
Brantley Douglas III - Advisor/Consultant
Advisor/Consultant:
B,M.Ed., University of Wisconsin at Madison; M.M.Ed., Spec.M.Ed., University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.  His first public school teaching position was in Wisconsin where he was director of the Glen Hills Middle School Band.  he moved on to the Mequon-Thiensville School District in Wisconsin to teach at both the middle school and high school levels where he served as director of bands at Homestead High School.  While at Homestead, he was also involved in private music teaching and the Lake Band, a community youth band located in Milwaukee.  He is currently JMU's assistant director of bands, where he conducts the Concert Band and assists with the 400-member Marching Royal Dukes and the JMU Pep Band in addition to teaching music education courses.  He is active as an adjudicator for the Central States Judges Association, serves on the staff for the Winter Guard International World Champions and is the chief judge for America's Thanksgiving Day Parade in Detroit.  He is a member of the Music Associatioin, Technology Institute for Music Educatiors, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma.
