2:50--4:25 PM @ Room 141 to Camp Kustopolos (up Emigration Canyon)

At Room 141:
Waited from 2:10 PM until 2:30 PM for participants. Split into two groups and left for Emigration Canyon.
At Camp Kustopolos:
Spencer Black contacted Gary Ethington, camp advisor, for duties.
Grounds keeping: pulling out decaying plants in the front gardens (and placing them in trash bags), stacking up chairs and tables in the reception area, filling in a trench beside the surrounding patio and sloping it toward the ground.
Oh, and it rained several times.
PLANNING FOR NEXT MEETING:
Operation Smile: Spencer's donating his car, so he (and those helping him) needs to decide on a theme and report to Eleni before or on Tuesday.
On Monday (October 9), we'll set times and dates for decorating cars; groups will be arranged to help out those who need assistance.
After the Activity:
Headed back to Skyline High in the rain (how depressing!).
CALENDER
EAGLE FEST October 6, 2006 between the small gym and big gym on the south side of Skyline High from 5:00--6:30 PM.
Board Meeting October 9, 2006 @ RM 141 at lunch.
Duties:
President: Plan October 9th agenda; talk to Kevin about Eagle Fest.
Secretary: Get officer contact list; prepare September Monthly Report Form.
Treasurer: How many dues have you collected?
