EXCITEMENT IS IN THE AIR!
Romeo attended his first show on Nov. 22, 2003. He was given Blues from both judges in the Muli-color stallion under division.

We also attempted to do the halter obstacle class. Its a lot harder than I ever thought it would be. We didnt do so bad for never seeing such as thing before. We placed last.

Well get 'em next time boy!!
Our first Show:
Romeo and Princess both behaved beautifully at the  AMHR show on Nov. 16-17th. 2002  Despite the pouring rain and chilly winds we had a blast. We met lots of new people at the show.
Princess and I both got our first blue ribbon. We entered the costume class as hunter and deer with show stoppin success. Everyone absolutely loved it. We are lookin forward to next year's shows. Hope to see you there.

We are looking for Princess' next foal. We're crossing our fingers and hoping for a little filly. She or he should be arriving in April. There's gonna be a fight over who gets to be the new owner of Romeo's first foal born here, but maybe there won't be any hard feelings towards the winning bid.

Hey there's always the next year.
Cross ya fingers and hope for a Girl!
Hope your Bunny isnt still on X-mas vacation.
Happy Easter!
Anything's Possible
Princess is proof that anything is possible. A year ago I tried to train Princess to drive, but things weren't going well for the both of us. I was stubborn and impaticient and so was she. We have butted heads several times in different situations and I finally gave up and decided it wasnt possible. She also got  nicknamed, Donkey.

Things have been getting better between us,  slowly but surely. A month ago, I thought about it again and said hey why not? I hitched her up and gave her a good slap on the rump and away we rode.

She's doing so well now that I've been thinkin about trying her in a show. For now I'm enjoying having 2 cart horses. It's great to have 2 for when friends come over.
She has also learn two tricks. She says yes and no.

I shaved Princess from head to toe and she's a different color. She looked so good. I took her to a neighbor's house and said hey come meet my new horse. And she really thought it was a different horse. Several other people have gotten in arguments over wether it was a new one or Princess. My thought's are WOW i never knew i had a horse that looked that good. She's even got little black appy spots. We never knew she was spotted because she was so dark. Who know's my donkey could be the next Grand Champion?
Most Recent shows
I took Romeo to a show on April 18, 04. He did wonderful. We got 2 firsts in costume ( dairy cow ).  A first and Second in Driving obstacle. (Awesome since this was the first time doing the class). Then we got two 3rds for halter obstacle. That halter obstacle class is  starting to haunt us. Maybe next time... Over all we did great and made it worth the trip.
Newbies
Accomplishing one dream at a time.
I got the twenty acres and tralier i've always wanted. The next goal was to have a mini mare that was fast enough to keep up with Princess but slow enough to keep pace with Romeo. With the arrival of Lady that dream was accomplished.

Every since I rode my friends Tenn Walker a couple of years ago I have wanted one. Finally the right horse came around at the right price. I finally decided on a name for her. She a liver chestnut with a homely lookin roman nose so I decided she looked like a red headed orphan thus the name Annie.
