This project involved designing and manufacturing a custom pocket knife from scratch. I created CAD models, selected materials, and machined the components to final tolerances. This project strengthened my understanding of precision manufacturing, tolerances, and product design.
This project focused on designing and modeling a conveyor system used to transport marbles through a controlled path. The project involved mechanical CAD modeling, motion planning, and component layout to ensure smooth material transport.
Collection of CAD models and technical drawings created using Onshape and other CAD tools. This includes an air conditioning unit assembly model and a finalized hole punch CAD design demonstrating dimensioning and manufacturable geometry.
Currently working on a team-based engineering project involving marine motor mounting, waterproof electronics packaging, and mechanical system integration. My role includes CAD design, mounting hardware development, and electronics enclosure layout.
