His Love
*His love is warmer than the warmest sunshine,
softer than a sigh;
His love is deeper than the deepest ocean,
wider than the sky;
His love is brighter than the brightest star
that shines every night above,
And there is nothing in this world that could ever change His love.
Something happened to my heart
the day that I met Him,
Something that I've never felt before.
Now He's always on my mind, no matter what I do,
And every day it seems I love Him more. *
Once I thought that love was meant for anyone else but me,
Once I thought He'd never pass my way.
Now that only goes to show how wrong we all can be
For now I have to thank Him every day. *
People often talk of love, but never seem to feel,
They look around and say that things are fine.
But deep inside I think they know
that it is not for real,
And I hope that they find Jesus Christ in time. *
