| Jack and Martha first met when Jack was called by one of the neighbours to put a stop to Tasha and Robbie's party. They instantly liked each other. Though Martha denied the attraction. |
| Just after that Jack pulled Martha over for speeding. While Martha was out drinking with a guy Jack showed up and her companion was soon forgotten. Jack found it easy to bait Martha. And later after she lost a game of pool to him Martha took part in a naked run as part of their bet. |
| To get back at Jack for keep bating her Martha put a fake spider on Jack�s bed (Jack has a phobia of spiders) But when Jack lifted his t-shirt he saw the spider and fell back hitting his head. After Jack found out it was Martha who put the spider there he was convinced she didn�t have feelings for him and was only coming to see him to ease her conscience. So he told her he didn�t want to see her. Which left Martha crying outside his hospital room. |
| After a week in hospital Jack was allowed home with the possibility that his hearing in one ear would not return due to the fall. He ignored the messages Martha had left for him. So she went to see him taking him a present. But Jack was still furious and told her a present wasn�t necessary and that she didn�t have to feel guilty. Tony saw Martha crying on the beach and Martha told him how much she likes Jack. Tony then gave Jack a lecture telling him that he�d seen Martha on the beach crying and that she does like him and doesn�t just feel guilty. Jack goes to the beach and he and Martha talk. Jack says everything�s up in the air for him at the moment. And he can�t just forget that. Martha says she�s not going to give up. Later Martha arrives at Jack�s with a case of bear. She�ll says she�ll do anything to make it up to him. So Jack takes her to the edge of a cliff (knowing she hates heights) And tells her to jump. |
| Martha�s hesitant. She says she will she just needs time to work up to it. After stalling for forty five minutes Jack asks her if she�s going to jump. So Martha moves back a bit and starts to run. Jack stops her before she gets to the edge. He asks if she�s really gonna do it. Martha�s mad she says it could have been over by now and moves back to where she stood. She tells Jack she said he�d do anything to make it up to him and tells him to move out the way. She runs again and Jack stops her again. He tells her he�s got a different challenge and they kiss. |

| Jack doesn't tell work about his ear in hopes he can go on a stakeout. But Martha was worried and tells Tony. Tony then forces Jack to tell his boss. Jack and Martha got into a heated argument and Jack said that he wouldn't be in this position if ... Martha finishes it wasn't for me. Jack tries to apologize but Martha doesn�t want to listen. She says it's best if they cut their lossess and storms off. |
| Jack spends most of his time talking to his new partner Corey about Martha. Later at a club Corey meets Martha but doesn�t realise who she is straight away. When he does he asks Jack if he can date Martha. Jack says he doesn�t care. But clearly he does. |
| On the night of Hayley and Kim�s engagement party Jack tells Martha how he really feels he says the way I fee for you, I have never felt for anyone before. But Martha tells him it�s too late and that she�s with Corey now. |
Corey then asks Martha to move to the city with him. They go on a picnic and Martha finds liquid mercury in Corey�s backpack and a book with all the people he has killed crossed off a list of killings to get back at the jury for sending his father to jail. It turns out that Corey�s the one who�s been poisoning Irene. |
| Scared Martha rings Jack. Corey finds out and grabs her. Martha manages to escape. And Jack finds her. Jack gets Corey sent to jail. He and Martha are then just good friends. |
| At Noah�s christening they flirt with each other and Maddy and Lucas see. Lucas says it�s obvious they were supposed to be together. So why don�t they just get their acts together. Martha goes into Hayley�s room and Jack comes to sit beside her. Jack says "Maybe it is time we get our acts together". Martha smiles and Jack kisses her. After that Martha and Jack help to try and get Tasha away from the believes. They spend a lot of time together and eventually Jack asks Martha to marry him and she says yes. After all Martha and Jack had been through you'd think they deserved a happy day but just after the I do's have been said Zoe shoes up and sets up an explosion. Then later on Martha is on a plane with a few others when it crashes. Jack waits in hospital eager for news. |
| While walking hand in hand on the beach Jack Invited Martha over to his for dinner. When she arrived at his the table was set with candles and Jack was cooking. After dinner they went for a walk on the beach and kissed. After a lot of kissing they ended up in Jack's bedroom. |
