*They Don't Care About Us*

How about all those who have been killed this year?
How about the victims of the train accident in India this week?
How about all those dying of hunger in Africa?

Will they care if hundreds are dying here?
Will they care if the guerilla attacks us?
Will they care when our funds will be drained?

Do they care about the spin-offs of their action?
Can't they realise the harm they are causing?
Can't they be so selfish, so arrogant and so fucking naïve?
Don't they have eyes to see?
Why won't they just open their eyes
Open their minds
Open their hearts
And shut their ego?

Why won't they take a look around
And see that they are to blame?
Why are they hiding behind tears, behind anger?

Why do they need excuses?

Why do we all have to bow down to them?
How are they superior to us?
Who told them that they could interfere everywhere?
Why do they always blame others?

Why are their actions always justified?
What if I attacked Iraq?
What about their mistakes?
What about their abuse and tyranny?

Who am I to you?
Are you gonna get me flowers if I do social work?

How dare they condemn everyone?
Where the fuck is their democracy?
How come it is ok to kill,
And not at all ok to underpay?

Why aren't you at war with the KKK?
How is it ok for them to discriminate against everyone who looks like a Muslim?

Oh right! You are fighting for the innocent!
How many innocents are going to due thanks to your withdrawal from the Kyoto Protocol?

Can you kill to condemn killing?
Are you any better than terrorists?

WAKE UP!
Come over and see
How you are abusing your power
Crushing others along the way
Making up excuses
Hiding behind revenge

God? God!
Now you know God, don't you?
You've finally realised that you are not invincible
But then why hasn't anything changed?
Nothing can change you
See what I mean about being terrorists?

Note: The 'they's and 'you's are sometimes used for different bodies, in case you did not realise.
