| Born on Earth, Vladimer was a count that quickly rose to power. One of the reasons for this was his ability to turn people against eachother for his own means. In the seperation between Astrals and Lunarian, Vladimer only saw a way to gain power. He joined with Nemesis and took over the throne of the Moon Queen, stealing the Silver Crystal in the process. His reign was not to last, four years later he was defeated by Clio and Phebe and destroyed by the Silver Crystal. |
