Pheobe

Becoming queen of Clios at the age of 15 Pheobe was one of the youngest known rulers among the planets. Taking on many of the physical charecteristics of her great grandmother yet lacking her influence and stubborness Pheobe posseses the benevolent and diplomatic abilities of her mother.

Pheobe is Empathic, very quiet and rarely speaks loud. She's kind and caring toward others. Pheobe Mahou lived in San Francisco until she turned 16 until her mother was killed in a mysterious apartment fire, everone in the building was killed. After the incident Pheobe was forced to move in with her father at Tokyo. There she met the other senshi(although she was not aware at the time) and her empathic ability greatly increased, so much it increased that it got to the point she could barely control it. Much of this had to do with the Sailor Gem sealed inside her, which she found out when she was awakened as Sailor Clios.

The one who had awakened her was an enemy by the name of King Damien, one of Beryl's brainwashed warriors and former lover Pheobe had banished during the fall of the silver millenium. With the help of Sailor Moon Damien had been healed of Bery's influence and he now lives with Pheobe in an apartment withen Tokyo.
