Phebemoon

Ruler of the moon when she was just a child, Phebe ruled with kindness and intelligence. However being in such a heightened position prevented her from seeing how bad things really were. When Vladimer took over she was forced from the moon and into hiding with her guardians. Four years of running she was finally captured and found Clio, a young gifted Astral also headed for doom. Together they managed to escape and take back the throne from Vladimer. As gratitude Phebe entrused the guardianship of the Sailor Gem to Clio, a powerful jewel that had broken off from the silver crystal. Together with the other guardians and 12 Astrals they transformed a dead planet to life, naming it Clios.
Four years later Phebe married a man from Charon, giving birth to one son who they named Leto.
