| Named after the Moon Goddess Phebe, Phebe is the youngest of one brother and one sister. The only one of her brother and sister to be born with a star seed Phebe posseses an adventurous spirit. She is cheerful and would have rather gone exploring rather then take on the duties of queen if she had the choice. Still, despite her true wishes Phebe caried on her duties witha smile, she was always kind and energetic, constantly planet hopping to solve disputes at home and abroad.
