Reading in the paper yesterday
about a footballer and his wife
and the move that they have made
Half the page taken up with the news
Half the page taken up with the move

And then I see in a corner thats left
a 14 year old girl is taken from this life
murdered for a reason I cant understand
by someone who is sick, clearly insane.

|
Still a baby, with a life ahead
but now thats ended
now she's dead,
not given a chance
to love and give birth
not given the chance
to live her life
|
||
|
So why is a footballer and his wife
more important to read about than a life
|
||
|
There's people out there
taking young life's
shouldn't we be more interested
in their capture,
so our young are safe
and can live their life
|
