To get a cert, it will cost u $200-$300. On that metal plate it states wheather u lowered ur car, engine done up, racing seats, windows tinting, mag and tyres, I'd say it's a cert to prove ur car is healthy.

| A cert. is required after you have done bits to your car, some said it's a must, but I believe some crazy fellas out there didn't have it, I had few times stopped by cops for checking up, I told them I got a cert. but they dun really care or even know what it is!?!
