Once in a lifetime someone comes along,
And from the very first moment you know.
That dear close friends you will be whole lives through,
That is how I see our friendship and that some one in is you,

Through thick and thin we've been,
We've shared our thoughts and idea's,
the downs and ups,
the joys, the tears, for many years,

It saddened me when you moved away,
you were no longer close at hand,
The loneliness that came was hard to keep at bay, or understand, and I missed you so.

I treasure the times we had together,
They are always on my mind,
And I feel now, that our friendship Is forever entwined.

We have a bonding that very few are priveleged to have,
even in your absence, I feel it too.
Our friendship continues, stronger than ever, despite the fact that we live a distance apart.
I know we are always in each other's heart.
