Tips:
For most cars, start at almost full throttle. (as close as possible).
For the '98 Carrera, as it's rear wheel drive, it's quickest to do a double shift - ie straight into 2nd gear at 3, 2, 1, GO! This eliminates hitting the redline, and unwanted wheelspin.
