DETESTATION LP
DETESTATION LP 1984 Dogman records.

GISM's first release. Considered by many to be one of the greastest punk records ever to come out of Japan. The style is hardcore thrashy punk with sorta an experimental twist. Vocalist Sakevi Yokoyama changes his voice pronunciation through several songs giving them an odd yet cool sound. He can go from singing in a hardcore thrashy voice to a deep bellowing over pronounced accent. Very weird and cool. My personal favorite song on the album is "Nih Nightmare".

LP includes a very cool "Punks is Hippies" poster that is backed with a track listing, some cool art, and partial lyrics to "Death, Agonies and Screams" and "Anthem" combines to form a paragraph.
