Brett sez:  Most likely my favorite band of all time.  Do I need to elaborate further?  Formed in 1988 as a garage-punk band, Sublime evolved into one of the sweetest mixtures of sound you will ever hear.  Brad was a true genious, mixing punk, reggae, dub, rock, and rap (to name a few) to make a sound that just brings people together for the united cause of having a good time.  Sadly, Bradley Nowell died in May 1996, two months before the album "Sublime" would help them achieve mainstream success.  I never had the opportunity to see Sublime play live.  Any album you can get your hands on is good, but most people prefer 40OZ to Freedom.  Sublime lives on in a new form today, that of the Long Beach Dub All Stars, which includes Bud and Eric from Sublime with a new cast of talented musicians.
