| Kourtney had a rare syndrome called Potter's Syndrome. A child who has Potters Syndrome cannot survive outside the womb and die shortly after birth due to respiratory distress. A child who has Potters is born without kidneys and cannot make amniotic fluid which is vital to the babys lung development. It is estimated that Potters syndrome occurs in 1:4000 pregnancies. |
