You might think the roads don't look
that bad, but if a truck is not a safety hazzard, it will be there until they
get around to it. In many cases the cargo is wrote off as damaged and not
deliverable, so whats the hurry? Most of the time it will take two large tow
trucks or a crane to get it back up and they make more money faster getting the
cars out of the ditch. When the roads are better it is less likely that there
will be another accident, as everyone slows down to take a look.
