You can't see very good, but there was cargo in the road.
What I think happened was that this truck hit another. There was a smaller truck with a little damage to the rear end.
Some how the fuel tanks caught fire and exploded. The motor was not in the truck.
I think this was a refrigerated trailer. There is a fuel tank just in front of the middle. I think that tank blew up and was what caused the damage to the trailer.
