The Highland Shroo
This is the story on one shroo in particular.
Caroline, the first shroo I ever met. Caroline with her natural curiosity could never be content down in the Yakult mines. Instead she enjoyed frollicing in the heather, having fun. While the other shroo's were working she would creep of and play in the huge pile of belongings which were all that was left of captured travellers. The Mother Shroo strictly forbade any shroo from going near these articles but Caroline took no heed. She was fascinated by the words uttered by dying prisoners and loved the look and shapes of what she would discover to be known as writting. Caroline studied hard. She was not a fast learner but exactly two years after starting to teach herself the english language, she uttered her first word 'Walkers', read from a discarded crisp packet.
