| Well , if you wonder about "strange" motorcycles this certainly is one ! I found it on Ebay-Belgium , placed a bid or two ,won the auction , all without having seen the bike . |
| When I finally went to pick it up , I was somewhat surprised . This bike is a "mix" of brands . Frame and engine are Zundapp ( made in 1956/57 ) , fuell tank is CZ and the front fork is a "home made fake" Springer type . |
| A close up of the engine . A 200 or 250 cc single cylinder two stroke engine with a "real" kickstarter .I found it to be in an very good condition compared to it's age . The electrical system is 6 volts , which was a common thing in those days . |
| I have not yet decided in what way I will restore this bike . But I will take it apart , sand blast the frame and plate work , re-paint it and put it back togheter . The wheels need new tyres and re-chroming . More pictures will be added as things take progress . |
