I do, I HATE politicians.  Why?  Because they don't give a crap about doing the right thing...they only care about winning.  Just like lawyers.  Lawyers don't give a crap about real justice, they only want to win.  Now of course I'm not saying every single one, but the vast majority.  Is it any wonder why so many lawyers become politicians?  Now you might be wondering what got me started on all this and it has to do with two of the biggest idiots in the world - Congressman Jack Murtha and Senator John Kerry.  Murtha is the guy who people against the war in Iraq put on a pedestal because he served in Vietnam so how could ANYONE criticize his stance on this war?  To me this is like someone saying that because a person played high school football they're opinions on the NFL are more valid than anyone else's.  Now I'm not diminishing Vietnam by saying that, all I'm saying is that it is two completely different scenarios.  Murtha was the idiot who wanted a complete withdrawal several months ago and it went to a vote in Congress that was completely shot down.  Well he's at it again.  This past week he was talking about the people killed in Haditha, a place right outside of Baghdad.  If you don't know, something like 18 Marines are being accused of killing civilians after a roadside bomb went off.  The allegation is that after a buddy of theirs got killed they started wasting nearby civilians.  The Marines say they were under fire...yet Murtha has already convicted them without knowing a damn thing about what happened.  He's out there saying they wasted civilians because of the enormous pressure they're under because they were forced into this war and they shouldn't be there and blah blah friggin blah.  Basically he hates President Bush so he's going to convict these Marines without knowing a damn thing.  He's going to say these Marines are guilty just to try and justify his anti-Republican stance...and for that he should be impeached.  This prick should be kicked out of office.  Where in the hell does he get off convicting these Marines without knowing all the facts?  It's only to serve a self-seeking purpose, and for that he should be removed from office.  Does he ever speak badly of the terrorists who are running into markets and blowing themselves up and killing women and children?  Oh no...he couldn't do that...then that would mean he might actually think us fighting terrorists is a good thing and he'd lose support from the idiots that voted for him.  And John Kerry is every bit as bad as Murtha.  Kerry gave a speech recently where he said it was right to dissent in 1971 because we were losing in Vietnam and it's right to dissent now...and then he added that he was misled and the biggest mistake he ever made was voting in favor of this war.  Well guess what Johnny boy, America was actually WINNING Vietnam under Richard Nixon.  Nixon started a massive bombing campaign of the North after the Tet Offensive.  The Tet Offensive is something history really glosses over.  I swear most books I've read make it sound like that was the event that turned the war to the favor of the enemy when quite the opposite is the truth.  During the Tet Offensive the enemy threw everything they had at the American forces.  They were beyond weak after that, and shortly thereafter Nixon started a massive bombing campaign in North Vietnam.  The North signed a treaty a couple of years later and basically America had won.  However when the Watergate scandal went down and Nixon resigned, the North knew that America didn't have leadership with balls to hold them to that treaty and started a massive push into South Vietnam which resulted in America leaving.  I'll have to get into Watergate another time...it amazes me how many people love to speak of that event as high treason and corruption and they don't know ANY of the details about it.  So to John Kerry...we were WINNING in 1971 so you can shut up.  And I know if I was voting on military action, I'd sure as hell do my homework...I guess you didn't.  Oh wait, you were misled, I'm sorry.  And you know what else?  One of my opponents in the Senate race is Harold Ford, Jr.  This guy has now also said that he wouldn't have voted for the war based on what he knows now.  And you know what I say to these idiots?  Tell that you wouldn't have voted for it to the women who were prisoners in the rape rooms, tell that to the thousands of people Hussein left in mass graves, you seek out those families and tell them you would rather have Hussein in power you bunch of friggin spineless morons.

Now you might think I'm Johnny Republican attacking Democrats.  Oh please.  What I would like to know is where is a damn Republican coming out and setting the record straight and calling these guys out on their bullshit?  That's right...they're too worried about being labeled a "war-monger" or whatever in the New York Times.  Man, what I would give to be in the Senate to challenge these dopes.  Why are the Republicans so scared?  People are CRAVING someone to come out and tell these dorks to shut the hell up.  Great leadership guys...reall awesome.

This is why I'm running for the Senate.  I can't stand seeing all these little games going on for votes.  I went to Clarksville this past weekend to speak at a voter registration rally, and got a pretty good response.  Now all the people only had about 3 or 4 minutes to speak, but I think I maximized my time.  I spoke shortly after some Tennessee Immigrants Rights group...and of course they left out the word "illegal".  I had stuff prepared, but after hearing them I completely scrapped everything I had prepared and just made it up as I went along.  I spoke about illegal immigration and how the vast majority of Americans want illegals gone because they obviously don't respect the laws.  And then I went on about Constitutional limitations.  If you read the Constitution, you'll find that Senators have pretty strict guidelines as to what they can deal with.  I mentioned about the free digital TV converters that passed as a bill for everyone who can't receive digital TV signals and the free air conditioners in New York, and then went off about corruption with BOTH parties.  After I got done I had several people who really identified with what I said.  Hopefully it reached more than that, but at least I had some people approach me afterwards giving me support.  If I can get on just one debate...oh man will that be entertaining.   

I can't stand these guys.  The typical politician is so full of crap...and sadly most of our elected officials are spineless wimps.
