Their size
has given them their names, Ratlings are basically very short humans. They
range in height from 3 to 4 feet and they are very dextrous. Obviously due to
their small size they are considerably weaker than humans but this gives them
other benefits.
Size: Small. Ratlings gain a +1 on their attack rolls and +1 to
their Defense. They suffer a -4 size penalty on Grapple checks and gain a +4
size bonus on Hide checks.

Bonus Skills: +2 bonus on Move Silently and Climb checks. Both of these
skills always count as class skills. A Ratling is both sneaky and a good at
getting around a big world.

party.
