The Dark
Eldar are eldar pirates the live under a pall of fear – though what they fear
precisely is unknown. Perhaps they serve the daemons of chaos, perhaps they
serve some forgotten Eldar god though it has long been suspected they were too
close to the Eye of Terror when it tore open as Slaanesh was born and live in fear
of Him.

Bonus Proficiencies: Armour Proficiency (Eldar Mesh), Weapon Proficiency
(Splinter Rifle); all Dark Eldar are trained in the use of these two.
