Out behind our office is our stallion barn, the central core of our Farm. In it are stalls some of the most promising young sires in Sim. They are powerful racehorses, impressive pedigrees, and collectively they offer every mare owner a nice base of sire lines to choose from. The Stallion Barn includes a visitors lounge and presentation arena. This barn is entirely heated and contains sixteen stalls but at most of the time at least half of the stalls are vancet,there are grooming bays, wash racks, a tack room and also a farrier's room. We provide complete broodmare care. There is a vet on call and full-time night watchman year-round. Two broodmare barns provide 40 stalls and ample pastures for turnout time.While given plenty of pasture time to just be young horses, weanlings are also handled daily at the farm. This is a continuation of establishing a solid relationship for the horse. Two training/Racing barns provide a total of 40 stalls with a covered walkers between the barns. There is a five-furlong dirt track, including an eight horse starting gate and a mile and a half turf gallop through a wooded area. Both tracks have irrigation systems. Horses in training are given the time they need to develop into racehorses. They are patiently and expertly prepared for racing careers, including receiving intensive gate work and leave the farm ready to embark on racing careers. The eight-horse starting gate is to train horses to break sharp and quick out of the gates. Our horses have a greater advantage than track-trained horses, since standing and breaking from gates are time-limited at the racetrack. All our stalls are bedded with wood shavings and cleaned numerous times daily. We strive for a well-kept and comfortable surrounding for your horse.We also a state-of-the-art swimming pool.
