Metaphorics (Sliding Sorrow, Crimson Scenes)
The curtain is falling so fast
Life is hard when happiness won't last
The way that things were hoped to be
Can't aslways happen or make you happy
But she screams
Under this sliding sorrow
If she could only turn the light on
But she sings
Under these crimson scenes
she's been trying to turn the light on
The way life's pain keeps repeating
leaves the patient hopes fleeting
The curtain falls and everything goes whack
the bluest part of the sky is behind the black
But she sees
through this sliding sorrow
If she could only turn the light on
But she weeps
through these crimson scenes
She's been trying to turn the light on
