Here are some of my tips and hints on game play.

  1. When you first sign up, don't do anything for 3 days. The reason for this is so you can get enough gold to buy your first building. Don't Worry though, you are invisible for those 3 days, so no one can attack you. (After the last reset you are no longer invisible, but if you don't attack you get a defense bonus)

  2. The first building you should buy is the very first building in your Military Options area. Mine is a Tomb. The next building you should buy is you first level of your Fortification, then an armory. After that buy whatever you can and upgrade everything.

  3. After you buy your first building, try attacking. I attacked each race, then from there, which ever races I did the best against, is who I attacked.

    • Humans
    • Elves
    • Dwarves
    • Orcs
    • Trolls
    • Undead
    • Dark Elves
    • Draconians
    • Fangolians

  4. Never attack anyone with more power than you.

  5. Never attack anyone who has a higher level than you.

  6. Depending on your race, try to buy Mercenaries. This will bring up your power ranking and your units.

  7. If you find a Warlord Seeing Stone, don't use it unless you are unsure if you will win your attack. A Warlord Seeing Stone lets you see what your up against and will tell you if you can win or not.

  8. When attacking, try not to use up all your Attack Points (AP). You only get 1 AP every 30mins.

  9. Most of all be sure to spend most of your gold before leaving the game for the night. You will get more gold every 30mins.

  10. You can get Loans, but only use the Loan option if you are within at least 5,000 gold of building your next building.

  11. Try to buy weapons and as many buildings as possible. This will bring up your power ranking and will help you win your attacks.

  12. Once you start going up in levels, it becomes easier and easier to attack and win.

  13. Once you hit level 5, be sure to join a clan (or make your own). You will need to have built a Headquarters before you can join or make a clan.

  14. After you join a clan, be sure to build a market. You will get more gold from the market and if your a clan owner, you will get more gold from your clan members markets.

  15. When you have mastered all the above stuff, you can then start attacking more and more, so you can get enough gold to upgrade your buildings.

  16. Once you get past level 10, don't worry so much about attacking people with lower levels. If you have at least 500 more points in power than them, try attacking using at least 5 attack points.

  17. To make your power go up, train all your lowest soilders and buy mercenaries.

  18. The higher level you are the more likely you will be able to beat someone who is a much higher level than you, as long as you have more power then they do.

  19. I went on the forums and asked about the not being able to upgrade my sorority thing (your main building) and apparently you can't upgrade past level 20. After that its unlimited. You still have to get things up to train whatever number of your guys, but once it hits level 20, it wont give you a max number you can train anymore. Also the max money you can get is 50,000 gold a turn, but I guess thats not including your clan markets - Thanks to LadyHunter for this info.

  20. Eye of Prosperity - When you use this it will put the people you are going to attack in order of most gold to lest gold. You can only use this when you click the "Attack" link (not the "Clan Attack" link) and it can only be used once. So be wise when using it. Tip: I thought if I just use the back button, I'll still be able to use my Eye of Prosperity, I was wrong. I had 10 of them and click back used up all 10 of mine.

Undead game play
On LoL my race is undead. I have decided to give you my game play for the undead. The game has just reset, so I will be adding to this list until it resets again. (Oct 2004 - Feb 2005)

  1. (Level 1, power 24), First buy a tomb, so you can buy Mercenaries. Start attacking, using 5 attack points. Make sure you leave yourself 5 attack points when your done attacking for the day. Important: Make sure you attack only people with lower power than you.

  2. (level 2, power 240), Attack (5 aps) and use all gold to buy Mercenaries.

  3. (Level 3, power 610), Once you can get 50,000 in gold buy your first Fortification. Tip: Attack at night (PST, this could be 1 to 3 hours behind you if your in the states: example - if it's 5pm on the east coast then it's 2pm on the west coast). I usually attack (5 aps) around 10pm PST (Thats around midnight LoL Site Time). There's hardly anyone on the site when you attack at this time, you have more of a chance of keeping your gold to get the 50,000 you need for your first fort (if your worried about getting attacked when doing this, once your 5,000 away from the 50,000, take out a loan, then build it as fast as you can.)

  4. (Level 4, power 711), Attack (5 aps) to get enough gold to buy your first level of your armory. Then buy weapons and armor.

  5. (Level 5, power 777), Attack (5 aps) to get enough gold to buy your first level of your headquarters. Then buy level 2 of your headquarters. Tip: Make or join a clan once you hit level 5. I have chose to make a clan, so from now on everything I talk about will have to do with being a clan owner.

  6. (Level 5, power 997), The past few days I've been saving my attack points and just spending my gold on mercenaries and buying a market.

  7. (Level 5, power 1,030), The past few days I've been saving my attack points and just spending my gold on mercenaries and buying other buildings.

  8. (level 6, power 1,493), Had 208 aps, attacked using 10 aps each time until got 100,000 in gold then bought my next fortification (crypt). I used the rest of my gold to buy mercenaries.

  9. (level 8, power 1,730), Had 173 aps, attacked using 10 aps each, got my aps down to 53 and used the gold to buy a Dark Tower and a Dragon Vault. Spent some of the gold on training Bone Dragons and Necromancers. Spent the rest on Mercenaries.

  10. (level 8, power 1,922), Saving my attack points again and spending my gold on mercenaries.

  11. (level 8, power 2,030), Saving my attack points and spending my gold on mercenaries and training my soldiers.

  12. (level 8, power 2,798), Saving my attack points and spending my gold on mercenaries and training my soldiers. I've also bought level 2 of my armory (I can now buy more weapons and armor) and level 2 for my tomb (Have more room for trained soilders).

  13. (level 8, power 2,805), Saving my attack points and spending my gold on armor and weapons for my soldiers.

  14. (level 9, power 3,006), Leveled up because someone attacked me a lost. Saving my attack points and spending my gold on mercenaries.

  15. (level 12, power 3,621), Had 298 attack points and attacked using 10 aps, got my aps down to 108. Spent my won gold on upgrading to level 2 of my Dragon Vault and Archery Range. Spent my per turn gold on Mercenaries.

  16. (level 13, power 4,417), Did some more attacking and leveled up, bought more buildings, trained more soldiers and bought more mercenaries.

  17. (level 13, power 4,675), Saving attack points again. Bought Mercenaries and weapons and armor.

  18. (level 14, power 4,964), Leveled up because someone attacked me and lost. Saving attack points. Bought Mercenaries and weapons and armor.

  19. (level 16, power 5,345), Attacked using 10 aps each time. Found that when I attack Dwarves they seem to be beating me. I'm gonna stay away from them for awhile. Bought level 3 of my armory and bought mercenaries, to replace the ones I lost in battle. So far my best attacks have been against Undead (my own race), Humans, Elves, and Draconians. Draconians I do the best against.

  20. (level 17, power 5,477), Attacked using 10 aps each time so I could get level 4 of my armory, that is the last level for it, now I have weapons and armor for all levels of my soldiers. Bought mercenaries, weapons and armor.

  21. (level 17, power 5,634), Bought mercenaries, weapons and armor.

  22. (level 17, power 6,126), Trained Bone Dragons, Necromancers and Skeletal Archers, also bought mercenaries.

  23. (level 20, power 7,516), Attacked using 10 aps on each player. Needed to get over 300,000 gold to upgrade to my next Fortification (Citadel). Used the rest of my gold to train Bone Dragons and Necromancers. I have also bought Mercenaries. Saving attack points again.

  24. (level 20, power 8,782), Saving attack points. I have been training soldiers and buying weapons and armor and Mercenaries.

  25. (level 20, power 9,414), Saving attack points. I have been training soldiers and buying weapons and armor and Mercenaries.

  26. (level 25, power 11,131), Attacked using 10 aps on each player. Needed to get over 400,000 gold to upgrade to my next (and last) Fortification (Citadel +). Attacked somemore so I could upgrade my Dragon Vault and my Dark Tower. Trained Bone Dragons and Necromancers.

  27. (level 25, power 12,021), Saving my attack points again. I've been training Bone Dragons and Necromancers. Also buying Weapons and Armor.

  28. (level 25, power 12,166), Saving my attack points again. I've been training Necromancers. Also buying Weapons and Armor.

  29. (level 25, power 13,298), There's been some database problems, so all I've been able to do is train and buy weapons and armor.

  30. (level 31, power 14,701), Attacked using 10aps on each player. Upgraded my Dragon Vault, trained Bone Dragons, and bought weapons and armor.

  31. (level 35, power 16,474), Attacked using 10aps on each player. Trained Bone Dragons and Necromancers. Also bought Mercenaries and weapons and armor.

  32. (level 36, power 17,361), Saving my attack points again. Trained Bone Dragons and Necromancers. Also bought Weapons and Armor. Upgraded my Dragon Vault and my Tomb.

  33. (level 36, power 17,777), Saving my attack points. Bought Weapons and Armor.

  34. (level 37, power 18,205), Attacked one player and leveled up. Saving my attack points. Bought Weapons and Armor.

  35. (level 45, power 20,448), Attacked using 10aps on each player. Trained Bone Dragons, Necromancers, and whatever else I could train. Upgraded my Dragon Vault. Bought Mercenaries.

  36. (level 45, power 21,298), Saving attack points again. Trained Necromancers and whatever else I could train.

  37. (level 45, power 22,414), Saving attack points. Bought Weapons and Armor.

  38. (level 45, power 22,706), Saving attack points. Trained Bone Dragons, Necromancers and Skeletal Archers. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor.

  39. (level 45, power 23,501), Saving attack points. Trained Bone Dragons, Necromancers and Death Knights. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor and Mercenaries. Upgarded my Dark Tower.

  40. (level 45, power 23,961), I am at 500 attack points, thats the max you can be at. So at the moment I'm not getting any gold per turm. But I did upgrade my Archery Range. Trained Skeletal Archers. I will be attacking tomorrow night and then I'll level and be at a higher power.

  41. (level 54, power 25,196), Attacked using 10 aps on each player. Upgraded my market, Archery Range, Dark Tower and my Dragon Vault. Trained Done Dragons and Necromancers. Bought weapons and armor and Mercenaries.

  42. (level 54, power 26,269), Saving attack points again. Trained Done Dragons and Necromancers. Bought weapons and armor.

  43. (level 55, power 26,472), Saving attack points. Was attacked to level up. Trained Done Dragons and Necromancers.

  44. (level 55, power 27,749), Saving attack points. Trained Done Dragons and Necromancers. Bought Mercenaries.

  45. (level 55, power 27,947), Saving attack points. Trained Done Dragons, Necromancers and Skeletal Archers. Bought Mercenaries and Weapons and Armor.

  46. (level 55, power 28,914), Saving attack points. Bought Mercenaries. Upgraded my Tomb

  48. (level 55, power 30,378), I'm at 500 attack points, which means I'm maxed out and won't get any gold per turn or any attack points per turn. Bought Mercenaries. I'll be attacking later today, so my level and power will go up alot.

  49. (level 69, power 33,509), Attacked using 10 aps on each player. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor. Upgraded my Market (4 times), upgraded my tomb (1 time), and upgraded my Dragon Vault (2 times). Trained Bone Dragons, Necromancers and Skeletal Archers.

  50. (level 70, power 37,379), Saving Attack points. Was attacked and Leveled. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor. Upgraded my Market and upgraded my Archery Range (2 times). Trained Bone Dragons, Necromancers, Skeletal Archers and Death Knights.

  51. (level 70, power 35,321), Saving Attack points. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor.

  52. (level 70, power 37,826), Saving Attack points. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor. Upgraded my Tomb.

  53. (level 70, power 38,166), I'm at 500 attack points, which means I'm maxed out and won't get any gold per turn. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor. Upgraded my Tomb and my Dragon Vault.

  54. (level 78, power 40,334), Attacked using 10 aps on each player. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor. Upgraded my Dragon Vault (5 times). Trained some soldiers. Note: Buy Mercenaries when the game turn is at 30 - 25 mins. Your more likely to be able to buy them.

  55. (level 79, power 40,646), Saving attack points. Was attacked and leveled. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor.

  56. (level 79, power 41,569), Saving attack points. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor. Trained Soldiers

  57. (level 79, power 41,911), I've been attacked alot lately, so my power keeps going down. Saving attack points. Bought Mercenaries. Bought Weapons and Armor. Trained Soldiers.

  58. (level 79, power 42,031), I'm maxed out on attack points (500). I'll be attacking later tonight or tomorrow night, which will bring my power and level up (hopefully).

Upgraded my Dragon Vault, it is now Maxed out (once you hit level 20 on everything you can no longer upgrade but can have as many ssoliers as you want). I haven't been on in a very much so I was attacked alot and my power went down.

  86. (level 135, power 72,481), At my max for attack points (500), will be attacking later. I was attacked, I leveled but my power went down.

  87. (level 152, power 76,210), Attacked using 10aps on each player. Upgraded my Dark Tower (4 times, it's level 20, thats the max) and my Archery Range (4 times, it's level 20, thats the max). All I need to do now is upgrade my Tomb 7 times and it will be maxed (level 20). Then I can work on upgrading my market and training as many soldiers as I want. Trained Bone Dragons, Necromancers, and Skeletal Archers. Bought Mercenaries.

  88. (level 152, power 77,694), Saving attack points again. Bought Mercenaries.

Note: Game is resetting Feb 28th sometime after 8pm game time. This will be one of my last game play tips. I will not be giving my game play tips for the next reset.

  100. (level 172, power 88,507), Attacked using 10 aps on each player. I was attacked and lost power. Trained Soldiers. Bought weapons and armor. Bought Mercenaries. Note: Game is resetting Feb 28th sometime after 8pm game time. This will be one of my last game play tips. I will not be giving my game play tips for the next reset. This is my last game play update.
