IVYS School is dedicated to young people who fine it extremly difficult to succed in the traditional classroom setting, but who aspire to complete high school and may or may not seek futher formal education.

Every effort is made to help students tap into their own self-worth and potential as they meet the high expectations of the school, by meeting these high expections, each student will have the skills and knowledge to trasition back into high school and/or pass required tests to meet garutation requirements so that he/she will be a successful productive citizen in an ever-changing world.

To help students their self-worth and expectations of themselves in order for them to:

1. Reach grade level in their learning to successfully transition back into the public school system.
2. Be successful when taking the Exit Level TAKS and/or the end-of-course tests.
