| Hell's First Legion is a Super Group formed on Cryptic Studio's/PlayNC's game City of Heroes, more directly on the Freedom Server. The group was started in September 2004 by Skizzerdrix and David-Blane. In its first month of play its ranks grew to include about twenty members. Hell's First Legion has a simple rank structure, the lowest rank is Demon. Demons are players whom a High Demon or Over Demon has decided we would like included in our cliche. The next step on the totem poll is the High Demon, these are Hell's Captains. These are members whom Skizzerdrix and David-Blane have played with often and have met the criteria for obtaining the rank as outlined in the forums. High Demons have the power to recruit Demons and to kick Demons off the Super Group. They also have the power to promote Demons to the rank of High Demon, although we strongly suggest they get the consent of either Skizzerdrix or David-Blane before doing so. The top of the totem is Over Demon, there are only two Over Demons on the Freedom server, being Skizzerdrix and David-Blane. The only way to obtain the rank of Over Demon within the Super Group is to form a new legion, for example Hell's Second Legion. This has not happened as of yet but we are hopeful a young and upcomming Demon will take up the cause! Hell's First Legion requires new members to be security level 20.
