This is Reese. He is my little brother. He's almost a year old in human years. He is a Lop Eared Dwarf bunny and is white with caramel patches.
A NEW CAT:
At first I didn't like him very much but I'm slowly teaching him to be a kitty like me. He does not live in a cage ever (unless he's in his kitty/bunny carrier on the way to the lake). He eats and drinks out of a bowl on the kitchen floor. Uses the kitty litter to do his buisness. A couple of weeks ago Bunny got neutered. I took care of him real good when he got back from the vet. He's all back to normal now, running, jumping and thumping the odd time.
He's very fun to play with because he takes my abuse and begs for more, I can bat at him and nip him a little and he'll follow me around wanting more attention.
TOYS:
Bunny likes to chew everything! From the walls to the couches to Mom's feet
He even has more toys then me. Mom got him a rope knot toy to chew, plastic baby keys to throw around, a stuffed bunny to bath and a couple blocks of wood to knaw on.
HABITS:
If we're lucky we get to witness Bunny's thumping on special occasion. Like when he's scared or feeling like we're not giving him enough attention. Also he really enjoys flipping his food dish over and scattering all his food on the ground, this works well with water too.
He enjoys playing in the cold room and comes out of there feeling so refreshed and hyper. That's when he can do his cartwheels and triple axels easily. |
