Okay, so you've written that little piece of whatever and now you're looking forward to posting it on the 'net for the whole world to read. I'd be happy to do it for, but I do have a couple of simple rules I'd like you to follow.

1. Please edit your paper. That *includes* that oh-so-difficult thing called "spell check." If you want me to edit your paper and go over problems with you, then check out the section on this page about beta reading.

2. Before you attach the story, tell whether it is Original or Fan Fiction. If it's fan
fiction, please tell me the series.

3. Please tell me at the beginning of the email if there is any graphic violence and/or sex in the story. I don't want to be suprised... that and I need to know what I should wait to read when there's no one else in the house...

4. Okay, this isn't really a rule, but you might want to do it anyway. If you have any
specific way you want the story laid out (certain things centered etc.) just tell me. I'll be more than happy to space things the way you want.

5, I reserve the right to not accept submissions. Usually, though, I will tell you what you could do to the story to improve it. I won't just say "no" and turn my head away.

I'm more than happy to help people with their stories. All I ask is that you tell me what kind of help
you're looking for.

Editing: Sure, I'll help you edit your paper. Just tell me how indepth you want me to
go. I can either rip it apart, or just point out a couple things that may help you. Please
spell check it before you send it to me, though. I don't consider that editing, I consider it manners. Put the word "editing" somewhere in the subject line of the email.

Pre-Reading: Just want me to read through and comment on plot or characters? If you tell me that's all you want, then that's all I'll give you. If it's an original fic, I'll be happy to do character analysis for you as well. Be sure to tell me what you want me to do somewhere in the email. Put the word "pre-reading" somewhere in the subject line.

Both?: If you want me to both pre-read and edit, tell me in the email.

I only have one rule for this section, please warn me if there is any graphic violence or sex in the story. I'll still be happy to read it (hell, I *write* that stuff), but I don't want to be suprised.
