"Oh you have to tell him
the truth." Xiaoyu sighed folding her arms.
"Look for Steve and
Hwoarang's sake I need you to pretend to be pregnant." Julia said as she and
Xiaoyu walked down the hallway to their psychology class. The whole group was in
this class.
"No, no, no lies." Xiaoyu said shaking her head. "I had to
explain to Jin that I wasn't pregnancy already. Even though he is such a
confused person and he couldn't remember that we are both virgins. So you have
already caused enough trauma."
"Look Xiao, please, I went to the doctor
and he is supposed to call sometime today, until then. As soon as he calls I
will give up this whole charade." Julia said pleading with her.
"Fine, I
will not say I am nor will I say I am but Jin has to be alright with this."
Xiaoyu sneered as she walked into the class room taking her seat next to Jin.
Last week they had picked partners, Jin was hers. Xiaoyu sat down and banged her
head against the desk.
"Bad day?" Jin asked curiously.
"Could be
worse so I am going to keep a smile on my face." Xiaoyu said grinning; she was
trying to be optimistic.
"Alright class." The professor said as he walked
into the classroom. "As you recall last week I had you all pick partners and
here is why. We are going to do a week long experiment to see how society will
look at you all."
"Now stand by for the catch." Steve muttered to
Christie.
"That's right Mr. Fox there is a catch. You all will have
different scenarios well some of them will be the same, but not all. Well in
some way each of your situations will be unique though." The professor said
pulling out a list. "The person you are sitting next to, your partner is your
spouse, for some. For example some of you will be pregnant, have other children,
maybe some of you will be given a terminal illness to deal with. These
situations will be demonstrating life and you all have to live these things out
in and out of this school for a week maybe even two."
"Wait so you're
saying that we are married and that we will have different life situations that
we must live out 24/7?" Hwoarang asked.
"Ok how about I read off a few to
give you all a clear idea." The professor said. "Group 1 is Julia and Hwoarang.
You all are married are. Hwoarang will have a serious heart condition because he
is over weight, also he will not work so his income will be limited. So Hwoarang
for this project will be wearing a body suit to make him gain a few more pounds
and he must wear it at all times. Julia works in a market and is starting to get
tired of Hwoarang. You all are also having marriage problems and you will see
the counselor for some mock marriage counseling."
"I have to wear a body
suit!" Hwoarang yelled.
"Yea and you all will have to note how people
react to you all, so that means in public you have to pretend that you are
married." The professor said. "Ok Group 2: Christie and Steve. Christie and
Steve you all are not husband and wife but you all are engaged. Steve you have
an STD. This means class that he will be required to wear a bright colored shirt
with what STD he has written on it with bold lettering all the time. Christie
loves you very much but is unsure how to handle your relationship, also Christie
you have a child just not by Steve."
"This is going to be interesting."
Christie sighed as they got the packet of information telling about their
situation.
"Group 3: Jin and Xiaoyu." The professor said as he moved down
the list.
"Yup my day has just gotten worse." Xiaoyu sighed.
"You
had to be optimistic." Jin snickered.
"Ok you all are married with four
children and another on the way. You all will be given a variety of dolls that
will require attention and can tell if they are shaken or abused. You will have
to attend to the dolls by using keys that are shaped like a variety of objects.
Example is the baby is hungry you place the bottle key in the baby's mouth and
hold it until the baby stops crying. Ok? In you alls relationship Jin you work
Xiaoyu doesn't. You all have a happy marriage but a lot of kids. Xiaoyu will
where a pouch on her stomach to give her the weight and also the feel of being
pregnant, as time goes by the weight and size will increase." The professor
said. Then he got everyone all set up.
Hwoarang put on the body suit that
seemed to triple his weight and also the baggy clothes that were provided. Steve
got his shirts and Christie got the doll. Xiaoyu and Jin gathered all the babies
and toddler dolls. Xiaoyu also strapped the weight on under her uniform shirt
making her look pregnant. They all got their packets and headed to
lunch.
"I swear that is cruel and unusual punishment." Hwoarang sighed as
he sat in the chair. "It's a freakin' work out to walk 3 feet."
"Well
this isn't that bad for now." Xiaoyu said as she rubbed her stomach. "I mean I
suppose I am just going to have to get used to it and carrying all these other
'children'."
"Well at least you don't have AIDS." Steve said as he looked
down at his fluorescent shirt. He looked around the cafeteria. "And apparently
there are a few others who are in psychology."
"Well I don't think it's
that bad." Julia shrugged. Hwoarang looked at her wide eyed.
"I look like
I'm pregnant." Hwoarang whimpered with a pout. "My father is going to laugh his
ass off." Julia's eyes perked up at that.
"Xiao, Christie come with me."
Julia said as motioned for her friends. Xiaoyu looked up at her
friend.
"I'm sorry I can't hear you. I'm sitting now, as much as at takes
with this stomach- I am staying down." Xiaoyu said folding her arms. Julia
yanked her friend up and dragged her away as she walked with
Christie.
"Well she just left me with the kids." Jin said as he looked at
the for baby model things.
"This is going to be a long two weeks." Steve
sighed holding his head.
"Well Xiao is getting the swing of motherhood
after all." Hwoarang said as he exchanges a glance with Steve.
"Oh but
how wrong you are." Jin muttered so that they didn't hear him.
"Did the
doctor call?" Christie asked as they were in the hallway.
"Guys we have a
problem." Julia said slowly.
"Besides the obvious." Xiaoyu said looking
at her fake pregnant stomach.
"I have the wrong phone, I took my mom's
off the counter instead of mine." Julia shrieked. "That means that my mom is
going to get the call."
"I told you that you and your mother having
matching cell phones was a bad idea but does anyone listen to Christie, no."
Christie sighed shaking her
head.

next week I will be going to Myrtle Beach!! So I will try to have an early
update nice and long at the beginning of the week!
