"Guys I think that I am
pregnant." Julia said. Christie just sat there. Xiaoyu fell off the bed and unto
the floor.
"What?" Christie said looking at her friend not believing what
is going on. "Oh gosh I need a drink."
"I think I need an explanation."
Xiaoyu sighed from her position on the floor. "When did you and Hwo, well you
know."
"At that party." Julia said. "Well the cops found us in bed and
they just well you know left us alone cause they were embarrassed to find us in
such a compromising position."
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Xiaoyu
yelled as she stood up. "You should know better, I mean what were you thinking,
you should know that you had the possibility of getting pregnant."
"Like
you and Jin have never." Julia yelled back.
"You're right we have never,
thank you very much!" Xiaoyu said sticking her tongue out at her. Then they both
looked at Christie.
"Well we have but we use protection and I am on birth
control." Christie said with a grin.
"Wait a sec you and Jin have never,
sang in the key of life?" Julia asked looking at Xiaoyu oddly. "I mean you all
live in that huge mansion, together."
"Well we haven't." Xiaoyu said
narrowing her eyes at Xiaoyu. "And what is your excuse?"
"Look me and Hwo
haven't always been sexually active I mean. When we first started dating I just
let him suck on my neck, then after awhile I let him put his hand up my shirt,
then he gave me his letter jacket so I let him put his hand in my bra, and by
the beach trip we were doing everything but it. So a few weeks ago I was drunk
and horny."
"I think I need to sit down." Xiaoyu said with wide eyes. She
couldn't believe what she was hearing. It wasn't the fact that she hasn't heard
any of this before but it was the issue that it was happening tone of her best
friends.
"Xiao, you are." Christie said patting her friends head. "Look
Jules have you even told Hwoarang or gotten a pregnancy test?"
"Neither,
I'm too afraid to buy one." Julia sighed.
"Well you need to get one."
Christie sighed.
"But how, I mean I tried to but I freaked and then I ran
out of the store." Julia sighed as she buried her face into her
pillow.
"I got an idea." Christie said as she pulled out her little pink
cell phone. She hit one of the speed dial codes.
"Hey." Steve said
answering his phone.
"Hey Steve, honey, I need a favor." Christie said in
a sweet voice.
"Why should I be fearful?" Steve asked chuckling. "What is
it, love?"
"Can you go to the store for me and pick up a few things?"
Christie asked as Xiaoyu and Julia looked at her.
"Sure." Steve said, as
he prepared to make the mental note of things to get.
"I need a can of
peaches, scotch tape, band aids, home pregnancy test, gaze, and some
toothpaste." Christie said trying to throw it in casually.
"I beg your
pardon?" Steve asked fearfully. "I know that you did not just say home pregnancy
test, is this your small way of telling me something?"
"Look it's not for
me. A friend of mine is freaking out. She's not from here and she is worried
that she may be pregnant by her boyfriend. And she is too shy to get the test
herself." Christie said making up a good lie.
"Oh well I'm not going to
the store, No way. Chris, I don't even go down that isle when I have to go to
the store for my mother." Steve said. "Sorry."
"It's alright, I love you
anyway." Christie said as they hung the phone up. "OK now for plan
B."
"What is plan B?" Julia asked hugging a pillow against her
body.
"We let Xiao take my car and drive down to the store to get the
test." Christie said handing her keys to Xiao.
"What about me now?"
Xiaoyu questioned looking at them.
"Look no one would ever suspect you to
be pregnant, so when you go to buy it, it would look like you were buying it for
a friend." Christie said handing her some money and the keys now go. Xiaoyu took
the money, sighing as she got up.
"I swear you owe me." Xiaoyu said as
she walked out of the house taking Christie's car. She quickly drove to the
store and walking in. Xiaoyu sprinted to down the isle quickly snagging one and
running the to the register.
"That all?" The lady asked looking at the
young girl before her and then at the item she had put on the
counter.
"Yea." Xiaoyu said nervously looking at the floor then at the
cashiers name tag, it read Anna. After her things were ringed up Xiaoyu ran out
of the store, running into Steve.
"Hey." Steve greeted.
"Hey sorry
I can't talk but I had to get some tomato soup for my mom, gotta go." Xiaoyu
said running off. Thank goodness she parked Christie's car about a block away.
Steve shrugged and walked into the store.
"Hey Aunt Anna." Steve said as
he leaned against the counter.
"Hey there, I swear they are getting
younger and younger." Anna sighed as she sat on her stool and filed her
nails.
"What?" Steve asked curiously.
"These girls getting
pregnant, that little one who just came out was buying a home pregnancy test."
Anna sighed.
"What Xiao? But she said-" Steve trailed off realizing that
Xiaoyu's mother is in China. Xiaoyu had lied. "Uhh sorry to cut this visit short
but I have to go." Steve said as he dashed out the store.
"I swear, you
all had better thank the stars above that I am a caring friend." Xiaoyu said as
she walked in throwing the bag at Julia.
"Well here goes nothing." Julia
sighed as she walked into her bathroom.
"I don't even get a thank you."
Xiaoyu sighed with a pout. Christie walked over to Xiaoyu and hugged
her.
"Thank you Xiaoyu." Christie snickered.
"Bitch." Xiaoyu said
laughing hysterically.
Ok somewhere

"Look I know what my Aunt told me. Not to
mention when I was leaving the store she was talking about how she had to get
some tomato soup for her mother." Steve said as he and Hwoarang sat in the mall
food court. They were waiting for Jin. "And earlier Christie wanted me to pick
up a test for a friend how is not from here- Xiao ain't from here! So my story
makes sense!"
"Well Jin probably knows and he will explain this whole
situation." Hwoarang said as he was trying not to jump to any
conclusions.
"What are you both talking about?" Jin asked as he joined
them.
"Look you don't have to hide it from me." Steve said in a caring
and also a concerned voice. "I mean we are your best friends after
all."
"What are you smoking?" Jin asked looking at Steve
funny.
"Look Steve said that he saw Xiao at the store buying a pregnancy
test." Hwoarang said in short.
"You guys shit me." Jin said
chuckling.
"I shit you not." Steve said nodding his head. "I mean is
there a chance that she could be pregnant?"
"As far as my memory serves
we have never had sex! Or did we? Oh God I don't remember." Jin whimpered
slamming his head on the table. "My father is going to kill me, then they'll
bring be back to life so that my mother can her turn at killing
me."
"Look why don't you talk to Xiao, I mean this something that you
both should talk about." Hwoarang shrugged.
"I can't talk to her until
tomorrow; remember they are all having a sleep over." Jin sighed. And what am I
suppose to say. Hey Xiao are you carrying my child?"
"That's a nice
opener." Hwoarang nodded.
The next day

"You gonna tell him today?" Christie asked as
she, Julia and Xiaoyu walked to the school.
"I'm just going to play
things out by ear." Julia said with a smile. "I mean maybe me and Hwo having a
baby won't be that bad. I feel much better."
"I'm happy somebody feels
good." Xiaoyu sighed.
"I told you that nachos, chocolate, oatmeal and pop
tarts do not make a good breakfast." Julia laughed at her friend.
"Shut
it, you should be the one with nausea not me." Xiaoyu whined.
"Nope I
tend to get my sickness in the evening not the morning- weird." Julia shrugged.
"But anyway I think I will go to the doctor either this week or next week to
confirm the home test. Even though the home test said positive, I want to be
sure. And after I am sure I will tell Hwo and my mom."
"And what are you
going to do until then?" Christie asked with wide eyes.
"I am going to
pretend that I did not take that home pregnancy test and it did not come up
positive. I am just going to act normal." Julia said smiling.
"Well now's
your chance." Christie muttered as the boys were walking close to
them.
"Remember you don't know about Xiaoyu buying a home pregnancy
test." Steve reminded as they all met.
"Hey." Jin said hugging Xiaoyu.
'Act natural, Jin, just act natural.' Xiaoyu looked up at him through heavy eye
lids.
"I don't feel so good." Xiaoyu said as she made a mad dash to the
bathroom.
"Nothing's wrong with me." Julia said in a random outburst.
They all looked at her.
"Nice." Christie said with raised eyebrows. Steve
and Hwoarang gave the 'I told you so look' to Jin.
"I still don't get
it." Jin said as they sat in shop class. "I don't remember us ever having
sex."
"But you have the worst memory." Hwoarang said as he was sanding
some wood.
"Oh gosh, first my girlfriend is pregnant, what's next grand
kids?" Jin wailed as he slammed his head on the counter top.
"Kazama
what's your issue?" The shop teacher asked.
"He's having a mid-life
crisis." Steve said patting Jin on the head. "His kids are all grown up, he
can't handle it."
"You are not funny." Jin said growling.
"Hey
you're acting like an old man, I was just agreeing with you." Steve
shrugged.
"Well you have to give him some credit I mean if Julia even
thought she was pregnant, I don't know what I do." Hwoarang said shaking his
head. How wrong you are

"There,
there." Christie said as she held her friends. They had to dissect animals in
their biology class. Xiaoyu cried cause she had to cut the kitten open. Julia
cried cause Xiaoyu had started up. Mentioning the fact that Julia's hormones are
messed up at the moment. "It's ok."
"Not it's not." Xiaoyu cried harder.
"I feel so guilty for hurting the kitten."
"I feel bad for Xiao and- ohhh
they have broccoli soup." Julia said as she changed moods at the drop of the
hat. Christie just looked at her friend.
"I swear I will never have sex
again, if these are the consequences." Christie muttered as she saw Julia's mood
swings. "Come on you." Christie said as she motioned Xiaoyu to the table. She
knew that Xiaoyu had a great love for pets, so dissecting a cat, must have been
too much for her.
"What happened?" Jin asked rushing over holding
Xiaoyu.
"She hasn't been having a good day." Christie
sighed.
Later that night --------------->>>>>
"I
think you've had enough." Kazuya said pulling the liter bottle of ginger ale
away from his son.
"I have a problem." Jin said sighing.
"Other
then the fact your bladder must be aching." Kazuya said taking a note of all the
empty bottles of ginger ale.
"Xiaoyu is pregnant." Jin said
quickly.
"I know my ears have deceived me." Kazuya said as Xiaoyu walked
into the kitchen. They both looked at her.
"What?" Xiaoyu
asked.
"Why did you keep it from me?" Jin asked desperate tone. "Why
didn't you tell about this life changing event!"
"I didn't think it was
that important, I mean you would've found out anyway." Xiaoyu shrugged. "It may
not even last."
"No, I won't let you do that." Jin said
defensively.
"It's not yours it's Hwoarang's anyway. So it really isn't
your business. " Xiaoyu said shaking her head. Kazuya looked on.
'This is
turning into one of those talk shows.' Kazuya thought as he just sat there
watching.
"Oh so what it's not mine?" Jin yelled.
"I would hope
not." Xiaoyu said looking him up and down. "It's none of your
business."
"I can't believe this." Jin said walking out of the
kitchen.
"What's issue?" Xiaoyu asked with wide eyes.
"Well you
sleep with his best friend and you're pregnant and he thinks that the baby is
his and then it turns out that its not. I think he has the right to be upset."
Kazuya said coolly. Xiaoyu began to laugh.
"I'm not pregnant. Julia
thinks she is, not me." Xiaoyu said before covering her mouth. "Oops. I should
never have said that."
"Don't worry my lips are sealed." Kazuya said
smiling at her. Xiaoyu nodded before she ran out of the kitchen to go talk with
Jin. She had to set him straight. Her being a great friend to Julia is getting
very stressful. "Oh thank God!" Kazuya chanted. His son's girlfriend wasn't
pregnant; he was a little worried for a moment.
"What?" Jin asked coldly
as Xiaoyu walked into the room.
"I'm not pregnant. I can't be cause we've
never gone that far, that's number one. Two what gave you that idea?" Xiaoyu
asked as she sat next to Jin on his bed.
"Steve said he saw you buy a
home pregnancy test. Not mention how you were acting today." Jin
sighed.
"For Julia, she thinks that she is pregnant." Xiaoyu said
smiling. "Not me. And I ate too much junk this morning and it made me sick, then
I had to dissect animals and I felt so low after that I just couldn't take
it."
"Oh cause I was confused for a moment cause I was like, have we had
sex cause I sure as hell don't remember and then I was like wait, we haven't
gone that far cause my memory is all fucked up, but that's what Hwoarang told
me." Jin continued to ramble until Xiaoyu kissed him.
"Better?" Xiaoyu
asked kissing his cheek.
"Yup." Jin smiled. "Now all Julia has to do is
tell Hwo."
"Let's not think about that." Xiaoyu said as they
cuddled.
